Nia will offer Yoga, Pilates Mat and Kettlebell Classes in her private studio...Great for beginners and intermediate as well as advanced students.  Please contact me for further information and start dates.

 

PILATES

Pilates is the unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates.  It strengthens and tones muscles, improves your posture, provides flexibility and balance.  It unites the mind and body and creates a stong streamlined shape.  Nia is bringing Pilates Mat to Lake County Area and would love for your to join her in her studio.  Learn to create lean lines and a strong power-house and core.

 

HATHA YOGA

Yoga is one of the hottest fitness trends today and millionss of people are looking to increase their flexibility, strength and peace of mine.  Yoga will reduce your stress levels which is now considered the the foremost contributor to poor health and a major factor in heart disease and cancer as well as myriad of chronic illnesses.  Learn how to control your stress, heal your soul and heighten your overall wellness of your mind, body and spirit. 

 

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebells are not new to the world, they are as old as vodka...Kettlebells is a dynamic workout for women
